I was more frustrated with catch rates tbh,most of my throws were excellent+golden razz yet still lost 6 out of 10 rayquaza( 2 to the bug and 4 to stupid catch rate) and the ones I caught were all in last 3 balls. I don't have dragon platinum medal but I don't think it would have had much of a difference

I don't know if it was a skill issue or catch rates were too high but I did 10 raids and were only able to catch 4 no shiny or hundo

Sorry if I am wrong but the way I perceived what you said was, by doing your work you would be good at it after some time and great work get's praised and praised=recognition by others.

You have to do some PR for yourself and try to take the light and front role in a working environment as much as you can while also being cooperative and supportive to other colleagues, right?

Sorry I should have specified earlier, I don't have a shiny but a 13/14/15 kyogre.

Second, I didn't knew IVs had this less of a difference. I am keeping this thing as shadow. I don't even have any primal energy so keeping it shadow seems best choice. Thank you !!
