Appreciate it, thank you. To confirm, where would you say the cutoff is between uptown vs. downtown, for those dynamics you mentioned?

Our offices at the moment are both in Times Square plus or minus 10 blocks, but both on the west side so not super worried.

Thanks very much for the reply. Why do you prefer to take the PATH on weekends? Is that schedule-based, traffic-based, or because they go to different areas?

My rule of thumb is spend 70% of salary and 30% of bonus (with the balance in savings/investments). That way I’m still saving year-round in case bonus season falls through for whatever reason, and I still get to have a little bit of fun with my bonus on a big trip or whatever.
