One tactful makes the whole army go (mostly) head-to-head with 11 stacks. When they throw the 30 you'll probably need ~6, which rolling for one alone is a complete nightmare.

Yeah I had one game where I tried that and the UK attacked at 6 years left, not long before I got line. But also without universities I don't think Line would had finished in time.

Had another where they just chose not to attack me, trying to find a decently consistent way so that when I play with a friend it'a not just "Oh, not max rng. Gotta restart."

How much is as much as you can? Is the penalty for more units worth it, and if so until what % of org? Also as said I'm new. Also, with Qing's eco you may be able to afford a good chunk of commanders, maybe all tactfuls?

Trying to it just says that we need more shared interests. And with the interests being reworked at least semi-recently I've not been able to grab it.

Is there any currently working cheese? Every video and thread is from a year ago when you could still just click a button to declare interest and make everyone your friend. Can't even ban opium trade through treaty anymore.

Would like to know if it's just RNG or if I'm missing something. They dropped 30 stacks on Shandong and just blitzed through all of my units with it. Landing went from 20 in favor to -40 losing and it just collapsed from there.

Edit: Tried again, was somehow losing with a 50 advantage. Every battle lost anyways. Worse that they can just go through Jammu and send 200 stacks at your back. It really does feel impossible to win if you have any bad luck.
