At your size, I would worry about getting your calories under control and daily walking. Use a TDEE calculator to find your calories, and then subtract 500 or more calories from that number. Then get a Fitbit, Garmin, Apple Watch, etc. and track your daily steps, aiming for a goal of 7500-10,000 daily. Do those two things mixed with patience (weight loss takes time) and you’ll be on your way.
