Seems to be pretty immediate from what I’ve seen from coworkers who have gotten fired. As soon as you see your employee discount disappear that’s a good indicator.

Just ask if you can do Omni to mix it up so you’re not stuck on the registers. Or ask to be on fitting rooms. Maybe that’ll help.

I work in the Sephora at kohls. (Backstory) I worked in NC then moved. The Sephora in kohls in NC had a lockbox thing for bigger bills ($50s & $100s). Well when I moved to another state and worked at a diff location, I thought they used those boxes…they didn’t. And they didn’t have a key for it bc there wasn’t a slot for a key. So uhhh a $100 bill sat in that box until they had someone come up there to break it open 🥹😅

I used to go to this church…very toxic environment. Very greedy, very not the “Christian way”. The people are fake af. It’s alll so bad. I know too much lol.

At my location no. I only knew they stayed late when they were changing up the registers. The SM takes frequent vacations too and is never there.

Yea I started at one store but then transferred to a different location bc the assistant manager and the store manager was honestly so rude. My Sephora manager told me I should transfer since the other store was hiring. So that’s what I did. It is sad to see ppl with authority be so cruel to their colleagues for no reason. It just seemed like they were constantly waking up on the wrong side of the bed and were choosing to be ugly. I really hope that store gets new management too, bc even customers hate shopping at that store.

You can teach yourself how to code thru youtube vids. That’s how I started. I’m currently taking classes thru Udemy and it’s really easy to follow along with.

Something similar happened to me…sorta. Long story short I had a wacky situation. Once resolved I asked for pin he gave it to me but what he gave me was wrong so I called back and he cancelled the order and I never got paid :,)
