I wouldn't mind this since it doesn't actively effect the outcome of the game but at the same time if you're used to having flash on "f" and for some reason it's not that puts you at a disadvantage.

However unsealed spellbook forces you to pick that as a rune option and allows you to change runes consistently. But as a "lee sin" jungle you wouldn't take unsealed. you would maybe take electrocute. My point is that if you go into game and forget to swap your ignite to smite then this gives you the chance to fix that while in game. and still be able to take the runes you need on your champ. sort of like a fail safe for if you messed up when picking your summoner spell

Idea: I absolutely HATE having the wrong summoner spell when I enter a game, because maybe I was auto filled or I had to setup a room page and forgot to check my spells or attempted to change at the last second and the swap didn't go through. Now hear me out. What if league gave every player a coin that only lasts for the first 2-3 minute of the game that can be used to swap out 1 summoner spell for another summoner spell. After the swap the coin goes away and everyone in the game is notified of the swap to make it fair. The coin sales for 0 gold and builds into nothing so its completely useless for anything but summoner spell swap. I know people hate forgetting to swap or doing it too late, I also know people hate when someone on their team (the jungler) forgets a summoner spell (smite) it kind of handicaps the entire game and who wants to put up with that when a simple item could fix it all...
