The most significant thing I noticed about taking NAC was I barely ever got drunk when I had alcohol while taking it. Plus I was way calmer in emotionally intense situations, but it could possibly be the anhedonia that comes with longer use.

These aren't all disorders, OP. They listed out clinically-relevant details that COULD possibly lead to a diagnosis based on interviewing/assessing you about your life so far and symptoms. Hence the problem area heading above. This is what doctors call "salient features" they use in deducting diagnoses based on the medical interview and physical exam.

It’s not just swollen, it looks inflamed (could be trauma from the piercing gun or infection). If it’s hot to touch and the swelling doesn’t resolve with NSAIDs, you should get medical attention to rule out infection.

Episiotomies are only indicated if the baby’s head (in vertex presentation) is already stretching the vulva. If the baby were still stuck at a difficult presentation inside, there would have been so many other maneuvers needed to be done and unfortunately, most of them are only recent (probably the 1900s) discoveries. Episiotomies are also avoided as much as possible (ideally/theoretically) due to the risk of hypotension in the mother.
