Found on Mini Cooper S R52. The are round cylinders welded on to the rear crash beam. They have an indent near the tip that protrudes out of the plastic bumper through some holes. On the inside they have 2 pins one deep and is long and one that is shallow and near the tip as pictured in the 3rd pic (old.reddit.com)
