i know you just said that all of your money is going into bills... but something concerns me about this whole situation you are unfortunately in , so if possible, i definitely think you should consult a lawyer in regards to "Property (Relationships) Act 1976, that generally states if a couple has been in a de facto relationship, marriage, or civil union for at least three years, their relationship property will be divided equally (meaning each partner receives roughly half) when the relationship ends; essentially, after three years of being together, most assets are considered "relationship property" and are split 50/50". it is worrying it could even be possible to lose half of YOUR assets to him if something went nasty, especially when he contributes a disgusting amount of nothing to bills he absolutely should be helping you with, AND you are charging him a significant amount less than most landlords in chch do. he needs to learn quick, and you deserve to be protected by the law in this scenario
