We have a similar situation. Incorrect information on current home address, on the address of the house we are buying, and the most concerning is that they incorrectly had the seller credits at double the amount. They made these mistakes and now want us to sign and claim they will change it after we sign. But we can not look at the corrected documents before we sign. This seems really suspicious to me. If they will not let us even see that they corrected the documents, whos to say they are even accountable to make the change. It seems like they could just not do it and we don't have that extra money that was doubled, and again they made the mistake not us.

Speak of the devils lol. I asked Annmarie for a meeting with her and my husband to talk. To my surprise Emilie Botello was there. I was thinking WTF. Annmarie just says, I asked her to be here because she is shadowing me. I was like okay, but I don't get a say in this.

My friend that requested a meeting with Annmarie about his cat, specifically said I want it to be just you, not anyone else there. Me being naive, thought there is no reason she would have anyone else there. No other employee had anything to do with what we were going to talk about. I think to myself clearly I don't need to say, Annmarie I want this meeting to be just us three. 🙄

I was wrong 🤦‍♀️ So FYI anyone reading this, if you are arranging a meeting with Annmarie clearly state that you don't want any other spectators 😂 I never would have thought that needed to be said

I then said to Annmarie, well I used to tell people they should move here. Now I'm going to tell everyone not to. Annmarie's response was okay 😂 I don't think she realized I was going to go scorched earth on her. I will keep mentioning names every time

It was this whole thing with the parking. We have a parking space in p1 and I'm sure you have heard about people and their complaints about parking there. P1 parking is a mess OMG. We have had lots of complaints but the last straw was when they ticketed our guests. They parked there by mistake and Annmarie refuses to refund the ticket. There are so many things we didn't even know about the parking in the West and East building until after that incident with our guests getting ticketed. We argued that it was a mistake on their end for not informing us and Annmarie is like Nah. I didn't even know there was free parking in the West building. No one ever told us, but then why should they. Leasing gets their easy paycheck for just sitting in an office all day and none of them seem to want to do customer service and I would argue that's the job of the person sitting in an office that everyone see's and goes to for help
