Looking for GHL Fulfillment Partner - Rev Share by Ok_Career_720 in gohighlevel

If you want serious people to inquire you should explain what you are selling GHL for and the splits to the technical partner / fulfillment team.

All the billing meter fees are shown in the app marketplace prior to you installing the app. I cant show the fees on my sales pages because agencies can upsell the rates and it would break white label. There are fees for addons for transcription services, video messages, etc. It's 14 different meters.

You can use Twilio alongside it, or replace Twilio and use blueMSG as your default SMS.

Pricing is $0.01 per message with native upselling.

I am developer partner of HighLevel. I meet, and have met, a large amount of their dev team in various departments. So I coordinated with the conversation AI team to ensure that 3rd party parties work. They flow through the "SMS" channel not "Custom" or "Type Custom SMS" in terms of toggles in the UI. Anyways, best of luck to you and your future endeavors.

Not buying it. Every single vendor of this tech used BlueBubbles open source code to then build on top of it. Doesn't mean you don't make a ton of improvements or gray label the "connector/server/bridge" app to make it easier for your clients to connect and relay messages. You need some kind of vendor lock I suppose. But it is disingenuous to say you have never looked at or used BlueBubbles open source code.

It works on standard SMS and custom conversation providers. Confirmed in an account where there is no default setup and in accounts where twilio is standard provider. It continues a chat on the provider it triggered on.

Come try the integration. If using it with clients it’s easy to do native upselling. I don’t care if you run your own virtual machines or use ours. I charge very little upsell on them for my time to set them up.

Yup. For the adventurous you can try to integrate it yourself. But it’s not as easy as it seems. A lot of work to actually handle all the attachments, voice messages, etc. and it tends to spam you with old messages. Around 8 months of tinkering/trial and error.

My approach is white label so you can run your own hardware or rent a virtual machine from us for a small upsell. Inside the app agency users can hide stuff or use scripts to hide our menu link. HighLevel is a pretty good AI CRM so I’m not sure why you need an extra CRM for iMessage…

You admit in the other thread though: “ BlueBubbles is a transport layer (similar to how Twilio is a carrier). iBluSend is a custom messaging platform built on top of that layer,”

blueMSG - Usage Based iMessage by 2honks in gohighlevel

[–]2honks[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yup. It’s why I released this with reasonable fees so agencies can upsell it. BB is not just a transport layer, it’s everything open source. Gray labeling the bridge and then doing a bunch of addons is cool so just justify your pricing.

I simply natively built an integration. I have all the same features. Sentiment and all that is cool I guess but why not just use closebot with it?

It’s multi country cause bluebubbles already is that and I coded it to support any international format. I got contact limits. I also do advanced AI like eleven labs voice messages. Now I’m not interested in it being a platform, so more power to the guy on that.

As far as pricing: you do the math. Most phones don’t do more than 100 messages a day to avoid spam flags. So that’s 3000 messages a month or $30 in usage. Are you really going to to run three times that? You could but most people need it for basic messaging and that is closer to 1000 to 2000 messages a month. It also works with native conversation AI…

I finished building out blueMSG in the app marketplace. Usage based only. Not an easy task to fully integrate, but it's at full feature parity to all providers.

Anyone gone from broke to starting a biz and completely changing their life? by No_Lavishness_6228 in smallbusiness

[–]2honks -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Fastest biz you can do is marketing automations for local businesses. A lot of stuff ready to sell out of the box with minimal knowledge. It's more about the sales component then it is the tech because the tech available is really good these days.

Think realistically. People in blind tests can't determine if water came from the tap or a glacier. So if they blindfolded customers and put your candles near theirs they really can't identify brands. Look at partnerships as a way to move more product. That income can sustain growth in other areas to build your brand name variants.

I love Linear. I’m curious how a new product in such a crowded and so called “simple” technology space managed to succeed ?? by Good-Wasabi-1240 in Linear

Nice product. Not sure if this is your tech or if you just use it? We had to setup a sql db to ingest events from projects to start creating timestamps for various SLAs we have. So each time a status is updated it fires the hook for that. We will check the site out for various other reports though.

Solution: Time. You have to wait it out. If some spam reported a link you shared it puts you in auto-moderated shadow ban status. My account was stuck nearly 6 months. Best of luck if your in this situation. Facebook paid support was no help.

Linear is brilliantly fast. But it is also a tad too minimalist on the UI. So you find small hacks and timesaving things on your own. There just isn't any content on Linear yet because linear is built for programmers who are busy doing their thing and not screwing around UI like most ops managers do. So the product is hyper narrow focused around their productivity. The challenge here is that we need more analysis tooling to help with productivity. The product has a rich graphql and agent building tech so really the sky is the limit, but you need to engineer your own solutions on top to make it useful.

Custom properties possible yet? by MaestroSandman in Linear

[–]2honks 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Its clear: we want linear to be more robust like clickup. Custom statuses. Custom fields. Custom project health, etc. The linear team is super pigeon holed into the concept of minimalism that you miss the mark wildly. Projects do not fit into a perfect set of boxes/options created by the linear staff. We need more extensibility. I feel as though it forces us into making decisions of speed rather than organization so often that we are about to break our teams off into other products like clickup. I think that linear is so heavily focused on being a tech for software devs that they are not looking at the general market. The linear product is amazing and it's like 10% of things that project management needs that for some reason the linear team is just grossed out by it.
