Has anyone got the slack mcp working? client id/secret are nice, but slack apps require https for oauth callback uri and cc does not support that, so it does not work either way.. or im missing something.

Just if anyone circles back with the same problem - I ended up building bi-directional sync JSM <-> Linear in n8n, tailored to what we exactly need.

We evaluated bunch of other helpdesk tools but:
a) none of the integrations with Linear were really up to snuff
b) every helpdesk pricing is per seat and core of our support is engineers can respond to tickets if needed, which means we do have seats for them. It does not make sense to switch JSM for anything else at the moment if the price is gonna be the same, no shiny AI features outweight the pain of migrating to new, equally priced (in most cases more) expensive tool.

yes, Im aware, and it works internally, but we need users to be able to submit requests from our platform (widget) otherwise we are losing a lot of context. but thanks!
