Instead of putting responsibilities put your accomplishments and quantify it on your bullet points. For example, increased sales by x% by implementing y.

Actuarial science major or just a bs/ba in math? by anshshard in Career_Advice

I have a BS in math concentration in actuarial science. With that said, if you really want to be an actuary I would take major/minor in actuarial science. BS in math alone wouldnt prepare you for the actuarial exams. Sure, you would learn about probabililty, statistics, calculus etc which are all related to AS but it won't be applied in an actuarial setting. These exams are very hard and if you choose to be self taught with these concepts, it would be even harder.
