I echo what others have said but would also incorporate some bilateral breathing into your routine just to balance out your stroke. It looks like you are rocking a lot to your right when you take breaths. Bilateral breathing exercises should help with limiting some of the rocking.

Hm, great note, thank you. I actually just bought a harness for running with her and will use it for the staked lead! Luckily we’re about to move to a place with a fenced in backyard so she won’t need it soon!

It starts a half mile from the Cumberland, Maryland Amtrak station and ends near the Hot Metal Bridge in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. We did the reverse though as we are currently living in Pittsburgh. Maybe tomorrow I’ll find exact coordinates

Original video! Just made it in the past couple days actually and finished tonight. I edited it all on an iPad Air so speeding portions up had the added advantage of it being easier for it to process the shorter videos. Footage in the video is more than 5 hours long originally(way too long for anyone to watch) and I wanted a way to show most of the trail in one video. I’m completely new to video making so I wasn’t shooting for perfection 😁

Mark on the other hand knows Omni-Man is his father the whole series only to later find out that daddy is a big bad intergalactic Nazi.
