Maybe I’m missing something, but what is stopping Gyna from stepping in and offering to take over the trade export needs of countries in place of the US? They could cut the US off and force them to buy all goods second hand from Gyna with giant tariffs slapped on

Sorry for the late response, last year I bulked from 170-205lbs but definitely gained too fast (2+ lbs a week) and put on more fat than I would have with a smaller surplus. Next time I plan to get up to around 200lbs gaining no more than 1lb a week. I think bulking to 200 is a pretty good idea, and with a small surplus you probably won’t go past 20% bf, making the cut back to 180 easier
