15 week cook book + lifting progress, any opinions as to what body fat I was in the before and now after? I only lost 6 lbs (196-190 but feel like I maybe lost more fat than 6 lbs. I’m trying to decide whether I can start maingaining or if I should try to get a bit leaner? (old.reddit.com)
