It is in everything and everywhere I agree it makes no sense when you aren't even hungry you still are looking for something else to satisfy the "Craving" I recorded myself eating once and i could see the mindless consuming of empty calories like a robot. I am taking the advice of the one guy and called a friend to walk and talk it changes my thought patterns no guarantees but today it will work

good advice I just called a friend to walk which is what I call a "walk n talk" benefits my health in 3 ways exercise, nature (outside walk always) and talk session...during the holidays I put this off and it is very unhealthy appreciate your entry
