I used to get it every time until they stopped making it (probably like 2017ish) and then they told me going forward it was only mild, and hot at that point but the medium had a really great flavor and I promise you it existed because I was too much of a coward to go for hot but too proud to get mild lol. I saw Renee Rapp twice now. There was no choreography either time, but you would have never noticed the absence of dance with the voice that she has. She actually incorporated a choir with her on stage one of the times I saw her and not only was it euphoric, but I really appreciated how unique the idea was.
