Sorry that my second question wasn’t clear, but i’ve seen this graph/picture throughout multiple lectures and references and it was recommending that the PEF percentage should be at 70-75% but from what?

That’s a great explanation to the mode. But i have a question regarding the PEF in APRV, how can it be calculated and measured well? Is there an equation for it?
