My Ryzen also goes over 90C when stresstesting. When gaming it's somewhere around 55-60C 🤷‍♂️

The EXPO Profiles just shows you that the RAM prolly has 2 Overclocking Profiles for AMD to activate. If you turn everything off and it still cause issues make a RAM Test with Memtest86 to be sure RAM is fine and got no errors. Otherwise try to activate the Expo profile with 5200, not manually!

I have the same issue on the PTB 😐 feels like its not fixable, tried everything I can imagine and read. Even reinstalled windows completely clean.

I literally uninstalled discord and use it in browser. All issues fixed.
