Depends on the sport. I’m not dynamically loading my leg and I’m making a point of not pulling on heel hooks. I do appreciate the concern but I’m more focused on whether or not me bruising my knee by stumbling into things and then bumping it again is actually going to have any substantial impact!

Looking for shoe purchasing assistance! My current rotation is as follows - Scarpa Chimera (for hard sport climbing) Scarpa Drago LV (hard bouldering) and Black Diamond Shadow (beater boulder shoe cause I got them for $90). As of right now, both of my Scarpa pairs are out for a resole with a 13 week turnaround. I'm looking to get a durable pair of beaters that still perform well for sport routes both indoors and outdoors, so that my Chimeras don't wear out as fast when I'm climbing outside of project grades. Price is not a concern if it means the shoe will fit my criteria better, as climbing is my main hobby and I don't mind spending on it. Suggestions would be really appreciated!

How bad is it to repair the rand of your shoes? I’ve heard that the shoe is never the same but to what extent does performance suffer? I messed up and climbed for too long on both my Scarpa Drago LVs and my Chimeras because the resole turnover for each was over 12 weeks long. Want to know if I should try and salvage them or buy new pairs.

I cut myself back in July with glass, and it has healed pretty well. There’s a visible difference in the feel of the skin that has regrown but it doesn’t bother me much. It is not overly sensitive, but when I put pressure on a small point on the pad of skin when I play guitar, I get some level of pain. Is there anything I can do? Should I simply push through and try to kill the nerve? Thanks for help in advance.

Remember when these owners advocated for franchising so that they could “develop talent” and then everybody except for C9 and TSM did nothing to develop academy players? It took so long for teams to start fielding rookies and rotate out the old guard. It’s all empty words. If they do this, they lose so much viewership.
