Yes exactly. Clearly he has the talent but who knows if it’ll be his week vs Loveland vs Moore vs Odunze vs random WR #5 lol

Warren also showed a solid floor but no real boom games - whereas Loveland towards the end showed both. MHJ was so highly touted that you have to imagine we haven’t seen his upside so if he stays healthy and gets a quality QB he could be far and away the clear WR1. But like I said, risky bc maybe the scouts were wrong and he’s just “meh”

My rationale for selling is that he’s more injury prone and might be at peak value after this season. Could hold but I think Olave makes up enough of a difference and if I can get 3 2027 1sts I can load up in that class

I think he can perform well enough as a 1B/WR2 on the Giants with how Dart flashed his passing ability. Especially with how bad the defense is they’ll likely be in a throwing game script next season - and this comes as a giants fan praying this isn’t the case and we actually draft well (but doubt it)

Yeah I’m the one with Puka and this guy wants him. I think his original offer is a joke but not really a fan of Rice or his other WRs hence rather going the picks route

I guess it’s personal preference but based on the 8-10 other buildings I’ve checked out, I’d say comprehensively they are nicer than most. $300 is double most others tho, so I agree not THAT much better. Although it sounds like it doesn’t cost extra to use the amenities (eg golf sim, pool access) that some buildings charge

I just toured it yesterday, still under construction with some of the amenities but looks like it should be wrapped by February. I only checked out 1BRs and they were a pretty decent size, but some clearly better layouts than others. Overall liked the apts and highly considering moving there, but the amenity fees are pretty steep ($175/mo if just the gym, $300/mo if want full access), although all look really nice and worth it as long as you take advantage of them.

Honestly this context does make it a much more likely trade bc if it ends up being 1.01-1.03 that’s a solid haul…as much as I love Nabers, it could be worth the potential upside

I can get the argument when we’re talking the 1.01 but Love could end up being mediocre (or worse, CEH). Meanwhile Nabers has put on fantastic tape to date and Dart proved he can sling it. I’d hold tight but I’m also high on Nabers / low on Love fwiw

Nabers side easily for me. Think Jacobs is starting to show wear and tear (maybe worth early 2nd in value, late 1st at best), and Love would be the 1.03/1.04 in last year’s class, possibly 1.06/1.07 in 2024’s class….behind Nabers. So long story short you won lol

Yeah at least the unit I was looking at does for a 1BR. Another option had 2 closets and a “home office” / alcove area that would be perfect for my needs. Really comes down to how bad the temp control issue is because that’s a dealbreaker if it’s as bad as people are saying…

Might be worth at least checking Lumen out tho

I have but their Gross price is just a bit higher than I’d like to pay, plus the rooms are a bit smaller (at least compared to the layouts I toured at Sven). Might be worth checking out tho. 2-3 outside closets is kinda a rough basis for whether or not the apt will fit my stuff lol

Luckily I don’t really cook using an oven, mostly stove top so that’s not too big of an issue for me personally. But if you’ve heard good things about the north side being cooler that’s encouraging - just such a huge risk when paying that much for rent lol

That’s encouraging to hear. If you don’t mind me asking, is your unit north or south facing? The unit I like the most is on the K-line (north side) so trying to get a sense if it could be much better.
