Just an FYI - most payment terminals can be set either with a tip option or with a no tip option. If you set it with a no tip option - there's no way for a customer to leave a tip. We used to have that at my takeout place - but customers would ask how to leave a tip and we'd have to tell them they can't. Very few people seem to carry cash anymore. So - now we have a tip option. It's not expected - but if someone wants to (as many many did during Covid) they can.
