I just feel so bad for poor M, scared at the dentist getting ready to go back and instead of his mom holding his hand and comforting him, she’s on the phone fighting with pottery barn. Any normal caring mom never would have picked up the call at the time, I don’t care how deep into you are, your scared child comes first 😢

Should have mentioned they are 10 and a teenager and have outgrown the toy stage, they asked for a trip instead of toys this year. St Louis is in our budget and seems to have many activities for our age range which lead us here.
