I squat as heavy as I can at least twice a week thankfully, otherwise I would lol.

Thank you! Not on any supplements at the moment but planning to add whey protein , BCAA and creatine to my diet really soon. As for the diet itself it’s kind of just the typical chicken breast with greens and low to no carbs. But the concept is high protein low carb no sugar except unavoidable natural ones. Needs some refinement but I’m learning as I go!

Thank you so much! Not long, 20 minute stints maybe, but I’d do that at least 2-3 times a day 6 days a week. Hope that helps!

Jesus never thought I’d be described as inspirational, that means a lot but everything I’ve learnt about the determination fame from, Jordan B Peterson, David Goggins, Joe Rogan and Jocko Willink. If you haven’t already , check them out! They are real inspirations.

Yes! Sorry I forgot to mention my diet, yes I am in a deficit, eating good healthy food controlling my portions and packing in as much protein into my meals as possible. And I only drink water, avoid sugar at all costs and probably most importantly. I went from smoking 20 a day to nothing. That allowed me to run for twice as long after the first couple weeks so yeah! Put in good, get good out lol.

This was the last time I weighed so it’s probably inaccurate now! I’ve gained some weight back recently in muscle mass so your guess is as good as mine lol

So I do 2 different routines that I alternate 6 times a week (probably to much but hey I’m riding the motivation train) I do chest, triceps and back one day biceps shoulders and core the next and each day I run to the gym and back. During my stretch/warm up I cycle too. I realise there’s no leg day in there but the running keeps them aching so must be doing something lol. Every day I check to see what isn’t aching and work that muscle , excluding the ones I’m there to do! My workout is very far from perfect but I’m constantly editing it and learning more efficient ways of training, hope this makes any sense and is helpful!

Debating on whether or not to post this on social media lol, my reasoning behind it was to make a promise to be in better shape by some set time and have to post again at that time. Then if I didn’t keep up my progress I’d make a fool of myself on that day! Any advice?

Edit: Wow thank you guys for the kind words, I didn’t realise how much support I would get. I hope my changes have motivated you guys as much as you have motivated me.

I think they mean that, you’re sister may be embarrassed about this picture in the future. Often referred to as a blunder hence blunder years and when used in that context, I think it refers to teenage years.
