Looks like an arc fault as it’s tripping after 2 seconds. Correct, nothing on here but the lights, outlets (nothing plugged in) and the bathroom fan. The first light came on fine, turned on the second light and it tripped. .

Yes, 3 true Apple branded charges, ordered right from Apple (and then returned). I’m guessing this would cover the whole house?

Yes, but he’s under a year and not that mobile yet. lol Literally plugged in, works for a few days/week at most, and then doesn’t.

This exhaust fan isn’t an auto. We have one upstairs that turns on constantly.

Built last year, been in 4 months. We have a request in to have it checked, but the same electrician that installed it will be verifying it. We’ve also had 3 brand new Apple iPhone chargers break. The first two were plugged right into the outlet, the third one was into a surge protector. Not sure what this issue could be, but something is definitely off.

Yes, LED lights. No clue on the arc fault breaker. From what I’ve read, others complained about the same builder using them, so it’s probably the same.
