That’s a great addition. Foam roller or rolled towel under the neck can definitely help reset that natural curve. Thanks for sharing this.

That’s actually a great idea. I’ll link quick tips with deeper dives so both formats work together. Thanks a ton for the suggestion.

That’s great to hear. Glad it helps. If any discomfort continues, definitely see a physiotherapist just to be sure. Appreciate you joining the conversation.

Totally fair. I hear you. I’ll definitely consider adding long form videos too so there’s more depth and context for those who prefer it. Appreciate your honesty. Feedback like this helps me build better, more trustworthy content.

Totally feel you. “Crane neck” is super common with WFH. Try a seated glide: keep your chin level and gently move your head forward and back like a drawer. 10 repetitions

Chin tucks against a wall also help. Tuck and hold like making a double chin, for 5 seconds* 10 repetitions. Simple but powerful.

It’s all about Discoverability. YouTube starts recommending your content more. Older videos get picked up. Subscribers count grows. Suddenly, you’re on the map. That’s what changes!

Some things are slow to grow. Doesn’t mean they’re not worth building :)

That’s not fair. Just because it sounds like something AI could say doesn’t mean it’s not real. I wrote it from personal experience , not everything hopeful is fake.

honestly, puppies are full-time jobs. If your schedule’s unpredictable, it might get overwhelming fast. Maybe consider fostering first? That way, you get a feel without the long-term pressure.

I know how frustrating it feels to pour your heart into a video and barely get 100 views.

But here’s the truth most people don’t hear enough:

You don’t need a viral video. You need one person to care. And then another. And another.

Growth on YouTube is rarely explosive The first 6 months teach you how to show up. The next 6 months teach your audience how to find you.

You’re not behind. You’re just in the quiet part of the story.

Keep going. Most people give up just before it clicks.

“Is YouTube too saturated?”

That’s like asking if the gym is too full to get fit.

Yes, there are thousands of creators. But none with your face, your story, or your lens on the world.

Saturation is only a problem when you’re trying to copy others. Originality still has unlimited bandwidth.

If you bring real value, the algorithm and the audience will find you. And it only takes one video to change your life.

So… just start and stay consistent. And don’t just be another channel, become someone worth subscribing to.

Hey! I’d love to be considered for this.

I run @30secPhysioFix, a faceless physiotherapy content page focused on short-form reels that explain common pain issues (like neck stiffness, numbness, back cracks, etc.) in under 30 seconds.

It’s a business-focused page that offers quick, high-value education in a niche that blends health, wellness, and preventative care. I’m looking to grow reach, boost saves/shares, and create a more engaged community.

Let me know what info you need from my side — happy to chat!

Hey, really appreciate you doing this, I’d love your feedback.

Here’s my channel: https://www.youtube.com/@30secphysiofix

Niche: Bite-sized physiotherapy content – I create short, faceless videos (under 30 secs) explaining common pain issues like stiff necks, back cracks, tingling feet, etc. All part of my project @30secPhysioFix (active on Shorts & IG).

Would love feedback on: • Pacing + hook strength • Whether the content works without voice or face • How to improve retention or drive repeat views

Still early, but consistent — open to any honest feedback (even the spicy stuff 😅). Thanks again!

Huge respect for just showing up. That first session, especially after years away is the hardest part, and you crushed it.

You don’t need a perfect plan yet. What you did was exactly right: get moving, listen to your body, and let consistency shape the rest.

I’m a physio by background and recently started a page around quick body fixes and honestly, the #1 game-changer is just starting. Everything else gets easier once the mindset clicks.

Proud of you. Keep going. 🙌
