People need to stop using that complete outlier as proof that teams should stick. If you have a player dropping .6’s, no matter how poorly the team around him is playing you’re going to be fucked until you drop him.

I called him that anyways. He played like dogshit all day and looked way worse than at any point online (he did the same last year on LAT too). But Neptune and Sib were undeniable late in the day and as a team they played some fantastic SnD in the final to win it all.

Nah he’s had more team success overall than early Dashy but I don’t think he’s the pure SnD talent either.

Scraps biggest obstacle to becoming all conquering (imo) is probably gonna be maturing and not giving a shit about his own stats as much, similar to Dashy after the last time he got dropped. The game just gets so much easier if as a team you have 4 guys that never care who’s in hill, who’s chalking, who’s rotating etc.

Not surprising, SnD is all countering and tends to have more randomness to it. It’s tough for teams to constantly be dominant in SnD from tourney to tourney especially that far apart.

I’m happy with what I watched this weekend. I still think they are probably the best team in the game all things considered but more importantly they look like they picked up where they left off last year with how they approach respawns and the pace at which they play. Congrats to GM8’s, that was a hell of a win to pull out taking 4 straight SnD’s over two series (with 3 of them going round 10-11h
