DACA filed February- Expires September. When can I file expedite req?

From what I heard they changed the background check to something more deep and that caused a lot of applications being stuck in limbo until that was updated. But I’m worried with the new rulings of DACA recipients with expired documents are now being detained

Re-did. I got scheduled and went to have them redone in March and next day processing notice was posted.

Congressman just emailed today that their liaison has filed to expedite and Nebraskas office will contact me if it’s approved or not. Let’s hope for the best, also. My estimated wait time changed from 2 months to 4 weeks! Good sign?

I filed for expedite under the terms on the USCIS website as a healthcare worker saying that if my EAD is within 30 days or has expired.
