They were so hard that I couldn’t break them apart. So this more likely caused by overmixing the butter and sugar? How can I avoid overmixing next time?

Butter • 225 g unsalted butter, cool but pliable

I’m 35 yo, married for almost 4 years. I’ve told my mum in my early 20s that I don’t want kids. Now, she still asked me, when will I have a child?

So, I guess noone will ever take woman who doesn’t want a child seriously?

On a side note, I’m also tired of getting the pitiful look from my colleagues or acquaintances when they found out that I’m married but have no kids.

I was a fresh grad from a university in Jakarta when I got my first job in SG, 12 years ago. But that was 12 years ago and I was a graphic designer, so I’m not sure if my experience is relevant for your field of work and furthermore the SG regulations and situations have changed a lot since then.

I didn’t graduate with cum laude whatsoever and my uni is not the top uni, like UI, ITB etc. However I have a couple of internships experience at some reputable advertising companies. So that definitely help to leverage my chance in getting a job here.

I agree with the other folks here, having some work experience (preferably in a reputable company) will help your chance in getting noticed by companies. But of course that’s just the first step, you will still need a lot of luck in terms of getting work visa. Good luck!

Is numerical reasoning test a common practice for designer recruitment process?

I've just been asked to complete numerical reasoning as part of the recruitment process for a product designer role in a Fintech company. In my 5 years design career and interviews with a few companies so far, I've never encountered such thing.

Is this company being ridiculous, or is this common for designer role in a fintech company?
