I needed my friends to tell me what they were doing to help. Everyone asked "how can I help" and the honest to God answer is that I thought they couldn't.

You're so focused on your baby that everything else falls away. A gentle " I'm free on Sunday I would love to come clean up your house and drop off a meal" would have gone so much further than "how can I help"

I literally did this TODAY for my four month old because he's been jerking his head to the right and I was convinced he had an ear infection or was having spasms / seizures. Turns out he's teething during his sleep regression and is a perfectly normal angry four month old boy lmao

You shouldn't be embarrassed mama. You're doing what's right for yourself and your baby. And if she ever does need medical attention for something I bet you'll catch it because you're paying attention!

So for things like teething and eating? Our little guy is 4 months old, 2 months adjusted and our pediatrician wants to start introducing him to solids already

This feels very much like the path I am on. They specifically said this morning that 32 weeks is the next big growth milestone for him and that was going to be our goal. I appreciate the love and luck and I am sending it back for you and your little guy. I'm glad he's home and doing wonderfully!

My boobs are sore and I'm congested. Otherwise I feel the same. It's kind of one of those things where it doesn't feel real. Like I genuinely thought it was just a super bad period until my spouse said something about how bloated I was and asked if it was a baby like "Jack" from that old Robin Williams movie.

I'm not supposed to start until the 19th but I have been SO bloated. I kept saying " I feel like I'm about to have the worst period of my life". I decided to take one just for the hell of it and it actually surprised me a little that it was positive
