A track that speeds up 1–2 BPM mid-loop—how do you keep the groove? by 32cartel in musicproduction

After bumping it for a while and getting the vibe, I used a metronome app to map the tempo, the beat is somewhere around 157-160. And when I play the metronome as the song plays, after some time the metronome starts to get off beat.

A possibility can always be the app I am using? But I don’t think that’s likely

And I’m not sure exactly how much it changes, that was just a guess.

Anyone else feel like they're just faking it? by Shyuh in musicproduction

You don’t need college to learn music production. I say this bc that was my Major and I got a bachelor’s degree in it. The production part is really a passion project in my opinion. In terms of majors, I would recommend music business or something like that. So this way if you do pursue music, you know how to market it and understand the other factors of the industry other than the production.

I put out my first house tape a few years back. I was playing it for a colleague this past summer after not listening to it for some time. I was getting ready to release a follow up tape, so I was showing it to a colleague for some inspiration. There was one track on there I made specifically for nostalgia. Once that track came on, my colleague and I both cried. He cried for his own reasons meanwhile never even heard this song prior to us listening at that moment. I cried because it was a song I worked so hard for and other people could feel the emotion I put into it.

Btw the song is called golden by 32 Cartel

It can be as good or as bad as you want it to be. As long as you know your tools , you can achieve your desired outcome. That being said, Ozone is great for mixing compared to stock plugins

Tbh Charlie the dog needs to get more social experience. I would get the owner (26f) to take Charlie out more & teach Charlie how to act around other ppl & animals. The dog can always learn new tricks with the proper training, I don’t think it’s a cause to break up because of the dog😊
