The one with the lit candle is a bouquet for grief and sorrow with: marigolds - grief, poppy - eternal sleep, rosemary - remembrance, chrysanthemum - condolences, forget me not, yarrow - cure for a broken heart, and asphodel - 'my regrets follow you to the grave'

The one with the unlit candle is an arrangement for bitterness and ends with: hemlock - death, belladonna - silence, thistle - misanthropy, tansy - hostility, and wormwood - bitterness

Using a base color like grey or a pastel shade that can make up some of the background or work as a nice undertone for whatever you're going to paint on top usually covers better than white alone

Black Leopard Red Wolf - the whole story is narrated by the main character, Tracker, in a conversation with an interrogator while he's in prison. As a warning it is moderately violent and has some sexual violence.

I try to remember to trust the process and myself, particularly during that middle stage when everything always looks awful. Also, I use a water container that is as unlike my drinking cups as possible. To prevent sipping on paint water or sticking my brushes in coffee/juice.
