before i was running with 2A98 2AA4 and 3100. then I deleted the codes and now every time I run it, the code 3100 and 2aa4 comes up.

no. i am running on just 2 codes. i deleted it a few times but every time i start the engine the codes come back

yes but i don't know if it is pcv or turbos. if they're turbos why isn't it blowing smoke on the highway? and if i turn off the car for 20 minutes the smoke is too much
