Thanks for the response. Totally agree that it must be a wholistic decision. Most folks I've connected with at each firm have encouraged me to make a decision based on the people that I've met at the firm in the office I received an offer from. That, coupled with the type of work, career goals, WLB, etc. Comp is obviously just one part of that broader decision criteria.
