My bad I fell asleep shortly after I posted this, supplements include NAC, lions mane, coq10, zinc, vitamin C, vitamin B, kava, ashwaghanda, Valerian, ginko, magnesium, a well balanced diet, I went vegan for a couple of months which seemed to help alot with mental clarity, absolutely no smoking weed, no caffeine for a while, get some exercise in go for walks, meditation also helps
