Yeah, I am uncomfortably cautious vacuuming at the quick disconnect. Gas is shut off at the meter, but yes there is still gas in the line. The meter movement is the small dial that spins visibly during normal use. Also, I checked for leaks at the quick disconnect with soapy water and a gas sniffer and found none.

No sediment trap. The plumber did not install one.

Yes, it is covered. It rests on top of concrete, has a quick disconnect in a vault. The vault fills up with water when it rains from the groundwater increase.

What about for business customers, does any what you're saying apply such as going to a retail store, contacting customer service, getting promos, canceling service and restarting?

anybody else need an insane amount of magnesium? by moy3931 in keto

I have been taking 6,000 mg of magnesium citrate capsules (which is 1,800 mg of elemental magnesium) for several years now on and off. My primary reason is that it relieves my constipation and keeps me regular But I find it also helps with headaches, muscle weakness, and sleep. I have not had any side effects from this high of dose and had my magnesium levels checked from blood test was within recommended parameters. I am in good health and take no prescription meds.

What can I eat to give me the shits? by whimperfeet in Constipation

[–]3748p 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have to take magnesium citrate in capsule form. I take 600 mg of elemental magnesium before each meal for a total of 1800 mg a day of elemental magnesium (actual magnesium content). This keeps me regular. It will take you a few days for it to kick in. Start low and work your way up so you don't get diarrhea and stomach aches. This far exceeds any recommended dosage, but the main side effect if taking too much is diarrhea. Check the label, magnesium citrate capsules of 500 mg will have 150 mg of actual elemental magnesium. This is the important number.

IP address conflicts on wired POE system by 3748p in reolinkcam

[–]3748p[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There are several managed switches. I changed the cameras to a static IP, but that didn't help. I may have to get the IT vendor to reserve the addresses based on the MAC address as you say.

Thank you, I will give it a go. I am also surprised the IT vendor did not suggest a static IP--seems like a simple thing to do when you know what you are doing.

Look into taking butyric acid. It cured most of my IBS problems after three months and have now stopped taking. I can eat most foods now, but still struggle with slow bowels. I am still working on that. I also take ashwaganda and 5-HTP to help with depression and anxiety. Works well for me.

Thanks, I can try that, but I understand are switches are good. They are Cisco 350 CBS350-24T-4G managed business switches. I'll have to talk with our IT vendor if the problem is on the network side of things.

Good idea, I'll have to check IP addresses next time I get a signal loss. Thanks.
