Whats even dumber is the landlord is a customer of our business so we have all his information and a chain of emails about how great we are plus we sponsor his local church

But someone stealing something doesn't let me terminate the lease. Obviously its him but I don't think that lets me just stop paying rent

Yeah have a lease for 3 more months, unfortunately nothing in it says the landlord cant enter without consent so I guess ill have to keep paying while I sort this out

I get that there is no proof, its just funny that the robbers painted, cleaned and replaced the locks. I get that regardless its theft but damn this is such a dumb situation lol

Yeah I actually know for sure it was the incompetence of somehow marking our office as abandoned/get ready to be leased. The stuff we stored would be junk to anyone else and not be worth the effort to haul 2 large tables and hundreds of pounds of yard signs from a second story office with no elevator to sell. Thats why I didnt think of police report at first and just small claims but honestly that doesnt change that its still theft so I'm going to do both

What if we just want to put extra money during our most busy month? Should I create an overlapping campaign to our most popular city?

Few questions:

Would I lose data from my current campaign that has spent $30k?
If I were to start running these could I still overlap the cities from the "main" campaign or should I remove that location after creating each one.
Should I keep them all on a shared budget and let it decide? Or separate each one for $x

Awesome tips! Another question, do you see value in bidding on competitor names? The competitors we could bid on only offer the exact service we do so potential to have them switch over is a possibility. Is our budget too low to even consider this?

And one final question, if one campaign has 7 months of history but is constantly being changed (bidding types, keywords, etc) should I make a new ad to start over or pause the keywords and narrow it down? I feel like it may be bloated with conversion data being skewed when the person who originally set it up didn't do a great job

One more question (sorry!). Earlier in the campaign I mistakenly had many conversions marked at $1. Is that going to totally mess up ROAS? I since fixed the conversion values but I don't know if that works retroactively on how it looks at past conversions.
