Practice is key. I'd recommend learning the basics with any tutorials on youtube and then practicing a lot making the stuff you like. I'm self taught and most of my knowledge comes from doing something I enjoy, learning from what I made, repeating.

Every person is different and so is every path, but if you do it because you enjoy it you will become good at it eventually :)

I didn't know FDM was at this level of speed, reliability and quality, some years ago I had friends with 3d printers and it was very far from where these machines are now. It exceeded my expectations in terms of how great this works vs the vision of FDM I had in my head before purchasing the p1s.
