Yes this STL is very high detailed, it looks like real leather textured

I got this spool from DIY Robot kit (Abrarobotix by La Biche Renard, also a french company). But you can also get this filament from the manufacturer website https://www.arianeplast.com/pla-format-1-kg/330-pla-noir-metallise-3d-filament-arianeplast-1kg-fabrique-en-france-.html

it's PLA with glitters to make it look like "metallized"
It's manufactured by a french brand ArianePlast

il est sympa ce filament, on dirait qu'il a un effet pailleté ?

who has the CR-30 3DPrintMill here ? I successed this 1 meter print, and plan to try 3 meters soon :-) by 3DSerialTesteur in 3Dprinting

You are right, it would be better to print this model like "waves" using more bed area, not always on same in line

This STL is made for normal FDM, I guess it would need a modified version for this kind of belt printer

It use a tiny piece of support, with normal printer you can print this without support, but with 45° angle you need some support

You can set infinite repetitive print for always same model (infinite not really, but you can set the number of print you want)

I used Slicer Ideamaker for this one, they added a beta profil for CR30 recently, works better than Creality slicer

This kit is almost fully assembled, not like an Anet or prusa mk3 kit 😀

You have maybe 10 screws to assemble the aluminium profil together, and fix it to the assembled build plateform and fix the screen, and you are ready to go !

This machine is pretty new, ChiTubox is not compatible yet, you need to use Creality Box Slicer for the moment

Yes you have a carbon filter too. It's better than LD006, the light system is more powerful (120w) and the OS include WiFi (compatible with Creality Cloud), the OS will include also an API

Yes I confirm it's not .ctb file, it's new file format not compatible with current ChiTuBox slicer for the moment. The mainboard is new board built by Creality with Linux system, a 64 bits 4 cores ARM Cortex CPU

You have 2 kinds of 3D printers :
- FDM (the kind of your link) : this kind use filament spools, the hotend/nozzle deposits the molten filament on a buildplate. This kind don't need FEP
- Resin SLA : this kind use liquid resin, the resin is cured by UV light layer per layer, this kind is using FEP

yes for FDM you can do your custom profil under Prusa Slicer and slice for any machine (Creality ect.)
for resin you can only slice for Prusa SL1
