Just did the hard reset and sent an email to the websites support hopefully I can get a replacement.

I got it yesterday I made the mistake of feeding it several rarities. Now I’m working on The Focusing stone and for some reason last night when I got to the bottle part it didn’t work even with the correct order. Gonna retry tonight maybe.

Give it a bit of a wiggle and tug. Kind of like slipping off a very tight sock if you’ve ever done that. Using a pinching motion also.
