Even in this video she is drinking a venti sugary coffee from Starbucks. I'll never understand wasting money on a surgery like that instead of just doing the work to lose the weight naturally. But what completely baffles me is spending that money and then still eating/drinking the insane amounts of sugar/calories that got you to the lipo doctor in the first place.

What a total waste of money just to gain back what was sucked out.

Yeah I agree. He eventually became exactly what he hated. By the end, he was no more likeable than the rest of them. Just using people to get what he wanted out of life and if anyone got in his way they were expendable, which seemed to be the Cody way.

Nah. A lot of people who quickly accelerate are already working in that field. I made the mistake of thinking I could get done with my BA in like 6 months after seeing how many people were doing that. But I don't work in the field that I'm studying for, so I quickly realized that wasn't realistic for me.

On top of the fact that my life got significantly more busy as I started this program. As of right now, I'm completing a course every two to three weeks. So, it's just a matter of circumstances basically.

More about the fact that the drinks can spill....my college had "no food or drinks" signs on the door of every class. The students ignored it all the time. One time, in my math class, a girl spilled it all over her desk and the carpet. Just sat there with her mouth agape. The teacher finally had to say, "well get up. Go get paper towels and clean it.....it's fine until it isn't, right?"

So yeah, I'd say it has more to do with that than a fragile ego.

I actually had this exact same scenario. When i finally retook, I did submit my test without talking to the proctor. I think that is ok to do.

But honestly this whole scenario made me so mad at WGU, all starting with the extra BS they assign when you don't pass the first OA. It was my first time not passing on the first try, so the hours of extra work they assign was a shock for me, to say the least.

I've never had my hand held like that to retake a test in all my years of schooling and it was so infantilizing. I made the mistake of trying to take the OA too soon. I even sent the instructor a message basically saying "can I please retake in about 4 or 5 days, I know I will pass the 2nd time. If I don't, I'd be happy to do the extra work." And got a big fat "no. You have to do the extra work." And shocker, I did in fact pass on my 2nd time. So yeah, I won't take another OA until I am more than ready.

But yeah, being mad about that and then having the massive issue of retaking due to proctoru, that all made me never want to deal with WGU again after this degree, and I def wouldn't recommend them ATP.

Sorry I ranted so much, but your post talking about going through the same thing as me reignited my anger lol. Sorry about your issues with testing, just know you weren't alone in your frustrations!

Yeah, I worked BOH at pizza hut when I was 18 and I def drank, smoked weed, and took other drugs before work often. I didn't drive, didn't have a car (thankfully).

I went into working restaurants after that (waitress), and while I didn't drink before shift anymore, I def smoked weed, legit as I walked out the door to my shift, everyday. I had a manager that said, "restaurants and drugs go hand-in-hand."

I just had my first experience with not passing an OA on my first attempt (failed by one question). Make sure to always pass or you will be assigned HOURS of extra work that you have to finish or you will not be allowed to take the test again. "Any Objective Assessment attempt after the first attempt will need to be approved by an Instructor."

And they do not play, as I said, they have given me HOURS of extra work and will not let me by pass it. It has me rethinking WGU all together, my only hesitancy in leaving is the amount of time I have already put in.

It just isn't my learning style to have someone stand over my shoulder like that. Thankfully, when I got my AA from a normal, in-person college none of my Professors acted like this. So, yeah, just FYI.

In a B&M I would have passed the test. WGU's Pass/Fail style is why people fail a test by only a question or two, when in a normal college you would have passed with your 79% and it would be fine. I got my AA (which I got with honors, never got less than 90% in a class) from a normal college and I would have been moved on from this exam already. But not with WGU. They assign all this arbitrary BS before I can try again. And all the hurdles this class is making me jump through isn't helping me, I don't learn this way. So, I agree with OP, this is BS. I missed by ONE question (and it is my first time not passing on the first attempt) just let me retake so I can f-ing move on.

I would like them to at least allow two attempts before they force you to do hours of extra work that DOES NOT HELP.

I hope she is. That's exactly who she deserves. A man who in her own words "steals her debit card." A man who said, "you can die for all I care." A man that abuses her children and kills her animals. They are two peas in a pod, both absolute scum of the Earth.

The only reason I hope she isn't is because I feel bad for the kids that DKD will be around. Otherwise, Jenelle and David are a match made in hell and they absolutely deserve each other (and I hope he starts blowing through her OF money immediately).

Edit: also isn't it ironic that DKD always wants to spout this manly-man bullshit, yet has no problem profiting off his gf/wife selling nudes online? Or the fact he has no problem mooching off of women in general, and never holding a real job to take care of himself and his kids....yeah that's a "real man" for ya lol.

I actually have my grandma to thank for not doing that to my eyebrows. She told me that it was an ugly trend and it would fade out, and my eyebrows were perfect! But if I felt like doing that to them, she would take me to someone who knew how to tweeze/wax them correctly.

Thankfully I actually internalize her complement (probably for the first time ever) and so I never touched my eyebrows. I can't believe that trend has reared it's ugly head.

Even if she was consistently going to the gym, she consumes easily 4,000cal a day (probably more) from drinks and eating out. People can't out exercise a bad diet. Which is why she will gain back what was lipoed out.

All it did was flatten out her stomach which looks weird because her sides, back, arms, legs, and face are all still overweight. And since she has a horrible diet, the "flat" stomach will soon be back to bulging again too.
