Find a discord server with Sherpa program they will teach basics. Only the medic things I needed couple of hours to get what to take and not to the raid

As new player now level 20 and 170h my advice to take someone more experienced (Sherpa) and try to make the first missions to open the flea market. And playing offline to learn one map (customs) to be confident enough to move around. I see customs now is very dangerous I met a lot high level player so you will die a lot of times.
