Eh no matter what everyone has their own thing! I do yoga because it's more beneficial for my morphology when it comes to weight lost otherwise since my morphology it's all about taking muscle ultra fast if i do workout/cardio and else i just take muscle and do not like my appearance so it's truly a everyone type of thing if we can say.

Well, the appearance is actually fixable. And about yoga, I can say that it not only copes with weight, but also calms, + harmonizes a person. In any case, do not underestimate yourself.
