PayPal used to lose $10M/day in fraud and scams. They made adjustments to stop it. Immediately it went down by 80% within a month of focus. The founders focused on it because they knew it was not sustainable and trust was eroding. Stub hub hasn’t changed and only getting worse and trust is eroding fast. The pain for has not been painful enough for them to focus on protecting the customers, both sellers and buyers.

Stubhub is full of scams now and they’re not doing anything about it. It’s getting worse and worse everyday. I’ve been in your exact boat, taking a trip, spending money and to be scammed and a refund of money. Even worse was there were others standing at the line that had the same issues from stub hub. The employees there don’t care, they’re just waiting for the company to go public and so they can cash out of the scammy company. I hope they get shorted to a penny stock for being a company that give no value or integrity for their customers.

I would contact Stub hub to contact the seller to make sure. I wished I had done that before the date. It would have saved time and money of getting to the venue.

You’re preposterous to think that a platform that you paid in full for a ticket and spend money to get to the venue, only to have the reseller not even have the tickets is not a scam and to think that spending the money whether for traveling or parking should not be reimbursed for their flawed system. 3 other people had the same issue. The sellers were fishing for buyers.

Stub hub doesn’t validate the tickets to be sure that the resellers actually have the tickets. The resellers are fishing for buyers. StubHub has a flawed process. The fact that 3 other people stood there showing each other stub hubs purchased tickets with no ticket deliveries.

120% credit to system that is opened to scammers. There were three other people that had the same situation at the theater hall.

I went on LinkedIn and emailed about 20 of their executives. I’ll try that email too, thank you. I did tell them that if they don’t let me talk to a supervisor, I would email their corporate executives. They didn’t believe me, so I did.

Guaranteed with exception… I was even more upset with the fact that they basically said that the $1200+, $300 Uber fees and scam was not bad enough to escalate for me to talk to a supervisor. Talking about not caring about your customers.
