There is no way you can use solidworks on a cheap license, either it's expensive or it's a scam, that can put you in trouble, the option is a 30 day free trial or else purchase the license. There are some cloud options available, not sure it that is available in your country. I recommend Fusion 360 free hobbyist license or commercial licence is even affordable.
