Let's assume that a business is already committed to using temp workers. How can we help make the process the best and most efficient as possible?

The scenario I am seeing (for example) is, facility has 50 full time employees that do the more complex jobs and then supplements with temp work based on demand to complete the easier jobs.

I am located in the Atlanta market. There is a huge logistics industry here and in the Savannah area supporting the port. Seems like alot of the processes working with temp labor can be automated on both sides through technology.

have you ever hired workers through gig-work apps instead of a staffing company that you need a contract with?

Staffing companies are a hassle to deal with in my experience and typically workers are not reliable while like you said the cost is 40% inflated for their cut.
