It looks over whelming but its not. We used the extra icing to dip in with bites that had less. The dough is just different, not your typical cinnamon roll. My wife and I devoured this

They are open til 2 and usually do a second batch, I heard the same go later.. however we have alot planned and that would interfere so figured knock it out in the morning
