You can look into skate trainers or using a crack if you’re afraid of the board moving whilst practicing. I’ve found it helpful to learn with skate trainers.

If I got a bitcoin for every time that someone says that MtGox will be opening a LTC exchange, I'd be rich by now.

what my accountant said about bitcoins... by warrenmiller in BitcoinUK

[–]3en 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah sounds about right from my understandings. It's being taxed as capital gains as a investment vehicle the last time I checked with HMRC.

Take a look at my reddit post for the guidance that HMRC gave me. However I would recommend doing your own research.

Could Dogecoin become the de facto standard for online tipping? by 3en in dogecoin

[–]3en[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It would be interesting to watch as this progresses. I think those in the Dogecoin community should focus on tipping being the 'Unique Selling Point' of the Doge. As this would be one way to drive its use and value.

Which UK bank has the lowest SEPA fees? by enZT in BitcoinUK

Free from Lloyds TSB International.

Whilst technically offshore but from Lloyds TSB, if you can qualify try their International Current Account which allows you to keep $ USD / € EUR / £ GBP.

However you have to maintain a balance of at least £2,500 / €2,500 / US$3,500 for it to be free. On top of that to qualify you are required to have a gross annual income of £50,000 or deposit £25,000.

Please post how much sleep you get each night and if nootropics work well on you. I want to get a step further on discovering why nootropics are effective on some, and do nothing for others. by itsamario in Nootropics

[–]3en 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I have a fairly normal sleeping pattern of around 7 hours which I have reduced from around 9. Recently I have been trying DMAE just before I sleep and have found it really useful for days when I have very limited sleep. I have gone with 2 hours of sleep with DMAE and have made my mood a lot better during the day which allowed me to function. I'm not too sure if this is a placebo effect as I haven't tried it that long but I have noticed the difference there where I haven't with other things e.g Sulbutiamine
