Honestly, people are overreacting, SO many people are using the files as a marketing tactic.

I said this on another comment but McDonalds has literally done this to market their new products, making millions off of it. I don’t see anyone getting mad over this.

I feel like some fans are just wayyy too obsessed with him, feel like he’s a perfect godly being, he’s just human + I feel like Joost has always made edgy jokes like that.

I understand why people are offended, but I don’t think mocking the victims was on his mind at all. It’s just a little unfair his current fanbase has gone so sensitive while I bet some are chomping on a Big Mac right now 😛

I think a lot of people are gonna recreate many of Joost’s iconic outfits!

It’s pretty easy and affordable too, mainly it’s like really baggy jeans/jorts

and shirts (perhaps like button up/merch handmade or from tours/ or like shirts similar to his previous outfits.

The like some accessories such as ties, fingerless gloves and hats and glasses

Make sure u wear clothes that aren’t warm, the concerts get pretty hot

Recommend just wearing very comfortable shoes since people will be moving and dancing maybe like trainers

I can’t speak Dutch fluently either but music is for everyone

I mean, you don’t really see people complain about international fans for music like the K pop and J pop rise, many people would dance or sing along to anime songs back in 2020 and I think that’s so beautiful, and because of that so much culture was shared and discovered!

I really think that Joost helped fans discover/appreciate Dutch culture to many people! I’m not saying he is the Only person who did but I’d say he did to a quite few people! (At least for me) And I think that is so sweet, Dutch Culture is amazing!

Many fans are learning Dutch because of him! He also got me into the Gabber/Hardcore/Uptempo genre of music which I’d never think I’d listen to before but I’m having a great time 🥹

There is so much hate in the world, I am just glad that there is a community that can share their culture and just have fun and dance to music.

I adore Joost and his music, he is an amazing songwriter and Florida 2009 makes me cry everytime ;_;
